  My daughter went to Elements Academy for a whole 3 weeks and it was the worst experience I've EVER had with a childcare provider. My daughter literally got hit in the eye so hard by another child I had to rush her to the ER. I never received a phone call at the time of the incident- regardless that I picked up my child with two red marks on her face and a bloodshot eye with 10 blood soaked tissues from her nose. I felt okay barely enough to take her back to this school while I scrambled to find alternate care in a 24 hour time period. I was constantly calling to check up on my child and I could never get anyone on the phone. Barb's ONE AND ONLY concern was PAYMENT- Which was the last thing I wanted to discuss when I was most concerned about my child's safety. When I asked what was being done to prevent a situation like this from happening again, I wasn't given a straight answer. If you want to get a hold of anybody at the school especially Barb, just have your credit card declined and Barb will be on you like flies on poop! I have felt bullied by the director who threatened me with legal litigation on multiple occasions. As for the physical facility itself, the daycare reeks and I received an email that the school broke out with lice the day I officially disenrolled my child.
